If you're here, chances are something in your life isn't feeling quite right — and that's okay. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to navigate it alone.
I specialize in working with women, adolescents, and children, creating a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you're a woman carrying the weight of life's demands, a teen trying to make sense of overwhelming emotions, or a child learning to express big feelings, my goal is to meet you where you are with compassion, curiosity, and practical support.
I believe therapy doesn't have to feel cold or clinical. It should be a place where you can be yourself — where you can laugh, cry, ask hard questions, and begin healing at your own pace. Together, we'll work to better understand your experiences, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Seeking support is a courageous first step, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out — we'll figure it out together, one conversation at a time.
