Amanda Weber, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Life Coach
Hello! I hope you will consider me to partner with you as you seek to make your life healthy and whole. Like most, I have had my fair share of life's downs that have fortunately been accompanied by many wonderful ups.
I do not sugar coat the negatives, rather, I acknowledge them, and use them as a spring board into a quest for more of the good in life. When it comes to my passion, it is without a doubt, helping others help themselves to create and live their best lives.

Over the past 28 years, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients facing a multitude of mental health issues, from acute struggles to chronic illness. My therapeutic approach is primarily based on multiple Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques tailored to each client’s needs. I have come to realize that with effective techniques, we can learn to use ALL our life experiences and personal traits, the good and not so good, to create who we desire to be at this moment and into the future.
From young children to those well into their golden years, I have worked diligently to assist clients in moving forward from life’s difficulties to a place of peace and hope. If you are looking to do the same, I would be pleased to assist you.

I am an honors graduate of Lamar University and The University of Texas at Austin, earning both a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master of Science in Social Work. In addition to being a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), my credentials include being an Expert Level Certified Life Coach.
