As a mother of two girls, I can relate to the difficulties that parenting can bring as you navigate through ADHD, dating, cell phones, video games, self-worth and the list goes on right? Parenting is hard but the joy of watching your kids grow into their full potential can be priceless.

Since 2020 I have seen a shift in the number of children and adults with a high level of anxiety and depression. It is my desire to give you new and innovative techniques to help de-stress and cope with the unknown.
Let’s face it, relationships can bring out the best and worst in us. Working with couples is what drew me to a career in counseling. I strive to help couples learn to fight fair and communicate as they find a new path to a healthy marriage. I also offer pre-marital counseling through “Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts” by Les and Leslie Parrott.

I’m a cancer survivor! If you are struggling with a medical issue and find that others just don’t get it, I’m here to listen as you walk through whatever medical journey you are on.

As a licensed professional counselor, with a Master of Arts degree in counseling from B.H. Carroll Theological Seminary, I use a client centered approach as well as cognitive behavioral therapy to help you come up with goals that fit your needs.

I work out of the Port Neches office, and I am available during the day and most evenings.
